Always had great service and good meals for a Macdonalds. Last visit my hash browns were cold and my drink wasn't correct but they rectified my order promptly and pleasantly. Will certainly be calling back when travelling through next
Some times they are really good and get your order stop on, but if you go through busy times, such as 7-8 am or 5-7 pm there is a high chance that your order will be messed up in one way or another. I can say when they are called on it they are really good at replacing or fixing the meal/s
Drive through pay window staff member was friendly and fast. Collect window was slow and practically threw my order into the car. Wait times at 8pm were well over 10 minutes from paying to collection. Something has happened to my local maccas and I don't like it.Also since when is a large chocolate sundae only filled up 2/3rds of the way? I feel sorry for the staff who likely deal with the abuse caused by a lack of management. The friendly cashier is the only reason you guys don't get a 1 star.
A busy spot.Each time we visited, there were quite a few people qued waiting for food they had already ordered. The service is true to name, fast food as our meals and drinks came out within minutes of ordering and are well enough presented. Some of the tables were dirty from previous customers spills but there was plenty of seating for our party of 8.The venue is pram friendly with a play area outside and a decent amount of parking
Varied experience, occasionally clean and quick, but mostly not so good. Ordered toasties at 7.40pm...was put in waiting bay, told twice sorry for delay they are coming. Eventually was told sorry can't do them, toaster turned off for the night. Strange, not particularly apologetic staff, offered sweet alternatives. Finally got refund.
