Great customer service
We purchased our 2017 Mazda BT-50 ute from Armidale Mazda and couldn't be happy with the service associated with the purchase of a new car. Yesterday I had a self inflicted issue with the ute. They sourced a replacement part and had the car back on the road within hours! Thanks for the great service and support!
After a recent trip from the Gold Coast to Orange NSW we had a major issue with our 3 yr old mazda 6 ..we were just out of Armidale and called the service department and were told that they were fully booked but to bring the car in straight away and they would see what they could do....from the girl at front desk down to the mechanics that worked on our car the service and attention we received was second to none .We were on our way within 2hrs again ... i cant thank them enough and would highly recommend this dealership
I have always been a fan of the good service at K G Motors and after getting a service on my ute my expectations were met. Easy book in service and the car was ready on time and washed. The book was ticked off and a couple of minor issues brought to my attention. They say they will service all makes and models and keep them within the warranty. Good work.
