Great staff and excellent service. A wide range of products
It's a good place to shop, but very rude team. I was looking at the makeup and a lady that worked there stood behind me rushing me. Not a very good way for staff to treat customers.
Level of staff service continues to decline.Expect to find one cash register operating if any.The customer service desk once at the front of the shop is now at the rear and often not staffed. Unless you ring the bellStaff product knowledge is minimal.The isles are often packed with stock making navigation difficult and offers the potential for trips and falls.One while section has closed the garden & pet section.Clothing section especially for men's has lower variety and range now.Even in the camera,electronics section often stock is low or non existence eg SD cards.Either the place is going broke or the Manager is struggling to be a Manager. Then again its probably a part time casual?
