The staff are friendly and try to help but I feel they are let down by ridiculous lack of organisation, particularly with components and small items.Youve just moved location, you should now focus on modernising your POS system and general stock/sales flow. Put some barcodes on these items. Its really a bad look to be manually typing numbers and screwing around while customers wait around.Not only that, bring the stock into the shop, you shouldnt have to make 3 visits "out the back" to look for stock, not 2 months after youve relocated..
Cool stuff in the store store but the staff need some enthusiasm.
I love this store. It's possibly the greatest store in all of the New England.
