purchased a watch today. got home isn't working ... rang and the shop assist said she would have to send it away . not happy ..resolved next day . thankyou very much for helpful service. happy

Really helpful. Had a watch with a stuffing up clasp and they temporary fixed it and gave me very useful advice and pointed me to another jeweller where I can get it fixed.

Service is very bad, I wanted to refund after one hour of purchasing and they refused. It's a $800 ring.
