After a long drive this place was great! Especially after were we stayed the last nightThe beds were clean and the bathroom was very nice Would definitely come back if visiting Armidale again

Older furnishings, but comfortable and clean. Close to the town and a few mins from the uni. Excellent cooked brekky!!

We had a wonderful time, the room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Spider dog was so sweet pity we couldnt take him home. We will come back.
