Tenders were good, chips fresh but the original pieces were far to cooked and dry
Just an average KFC. Small building makes it tight getting "drive-thru", but my orders have been correct and prompt.
I ordered some pieces of chicken and a small coleslaw. The staff member tossed the coleslaw onto the counter. It really shocked me. I mentioned to the server that, that was out of line to handle peoples food like that. She acknowledged what I said. The food prep area is filthy dirty and mess. It just boils down to no training. I hope the manager fixes these issues.
Fast, friendly service. Went through drive thru late at night and appreciated the cheerfulness of staff. Food was freshly cooked so can definitely recommend. Thanks guys.
Food was ok however the wait was too long. I think they were understaffed. Should consider having more staffs during busy periods.
