29/12/2018. Have always previously had good experience. Last night family who had come to stay for Christmas decided to attend the 9.35pm session of Holmes. Although there was only 5 people in the cinema the young man receiving tickets at the theatre entrance asked to look in my daughter and daughter in law's bags and confiscated snacks that they brought from home. There was no explanation or appology. I have been to the cinema many times and have not seen a sign regarding this. Very poor behaviour Belgrave Cinema!!!!!
Good popcorn, comfortable seats and friendly staff. All around, great experience. Definitely will be back.
