Best Post Office ever with experienced, knowledgeable management and staff that are very friendly and easy to deal with.
Advertised as 5:30 close 28-12-17 But was closed before 5:04 called 131318 they confirmed 5:30 was the correct close, no signage was displayed showing earlier closing times Website needs to be updated or store hours maintained as advertised
Should be absolutely ashamed of their incompetence, never been met with a more unprofessional buisness and CANNOT even begin to voice my mortifying experience here, the people there have a couple.plete lack of knowledge to do with anything that should be ingrained in their job, was told 2 prices of total conflicting information for OBTAINING A PASSPORT, resulting in thousands of dollars wasted and a would be dream trip overseas cut severely short all because God decided that this post office should be entirely composed of people who hate their lives and only live to oppress anyone they get to come into contact with, disgusting
terrible service, they all seem like they dont want to be there.
The absolute worst, most horrendous customer experience I've ever gone through. Been trying to get a passport for a month now and was meant to fly out a couple days ago all because of their complete lack of competence. When I first went in I was told to get a second guarantor to substitute for a license, too easy, no hassle, just get it and be done, then a week later when I go a second time, a different worker tells me that I DO need a photo card as well as the guarantor..... No idea why the first girl I spoke to didn't tell me to get one but oh well. After being ushered away (despite a furious amount of questions I had) I got ordered for one as soon as I could and then waited nearly 2 weeks to get the photo card, I go to the post office straight away and I'm told I HAVE to book for it (fair enough) so I make an appointment for the morning after. Now when I go in, everything is fine and the passport goes through, except they didn't even use my second guarantor?????? Really? I wasted a week for nothing? If i knew all I needed was that card then I wouldn't of had to delay my flight, but oh well, sometimes people mess up or whatever. My priority passport goes through and I tell them to have it held in Sydney when finished so I can pick it up and fly out in time for the rebooked flight as suggested my one of the workers, I'm also told to ring the Sydney post office 2 business days after to make sure the application got there so it can be made before I pick it up. Now, I ring up Sydney post on the specified date and they tell me that they did already receive the application the day before (good) and that they even already finished it (perfect!) and ALSO that they had already sent it off to be delivered to my house........... Excuse me? No wait are you serious? I was literally speechless, i asked if they were specified to hold onto it at all and they said there was nothing. My god, how does this place even function. It was last Tuesday that I rang them, now it's Friday and I'm waiting for it to come in the mail instead of picking it up yesterday and flying out today.... I've rebooked my flight for the second time and am just going to have to wait till Monday (or longer), thanks for delaying my trip by more than a week, and I hope you don't out anyone else though this. Super not happy
