Avoid renting from them. The most unprofessional and unethical agents I have ever used. They made false documents. They tried to mislead me hiding important information to get me sign another contract. The agent I had to deal with has no communication skills, no negotiation skills, no business writing skills... and is so incredibly rude. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to continue their business. Avoid at all cost. Other real estate agents in Armidale do much better job.
