Dirty, dusty and deer noises and smell from paddock next door. Bunk beds in bedroom are short and the lower and middle bunk feel like a coffin. Won't be returning.
Very neat van park with grounds very well looked after. Toilets and showers however need a good professional CLEAN. Looks like they haven't seen a broom in them for long long time. A real let down for this BIG4 establishment.
Have stayed here for the past couple of years and Sue has been great. Last time I tried to book a powered site by email I got no response and when I chased it up was told by Chey to "just show up". I called on my way and was told by Chey that she would be closed when I arrived at 6pm. No options offered. I went to the Armidale Tourist Park instead. Nice people. Flexible timings. I'll stay there from now on.

I stay here once a month when vising Armidale. The owner Sue is very friendly, and the facilities are clean and very acceptable. The cabins are better value than a motel, and more so for families as the en-suite cabins sleep 5.
