Best laid out & best range I've seen ina Coles. A great shopping experience. (Just passing through on way to Tamworth).
Pretty good it's a Coles it does what it needs to. Can get really busy at times.
Blonde haired Rachel front counter, needs improvement or guidance on customer service. Was headed to the counter when she came up behind us and literally used her hands to shoo us to a register while saying in a snappy and harsh tone of voice "get out we are closing. Come on. Out" Now it's been a long day for us too. Not hard to say "excuse me, sorry we are closing now please head to the nearest register. Have a good night". Then on the way out my mum said clear for her to hear as feedback "manners matter". Assuming Rachel doesnt handle negative feedback very well, she continued to berate and yell to come back as we were walking away. She was unprofessional and it was a terrible way to end a long day after moving 4 hours to armidale. (Everyone else in store was polite, friendly and helpful with guiding us to find our items as we are new to town and this comment is not directed at them) thank you
Like most supermarkets the packers they work hard but they won't move for you. I suppose.its a juggle but I think this supermarket needs to train the shelf pakers with customer service. Otherwise the front staff are great, deli is great. The shelf packers keep the shelves packed. But the shopper still need to go to what they want. So only a 3 maybe one day a 5.
Good place for shopping...we often visit Coles for rice and vegetables...And the ice cream is also lovely here too...
